BENEATH
My intervention, as part of the Falmouth art trail, is called 'Beneath'. A suggestion of the tin in the geology of Cornwall. It is a cast pewter slab - is a participatory piece, to walk on or to mark - light will glint off it if freshly scratched.

My installation, as part of the art trail, is called 'Beneath'.
It is a cast pewter slab - is a participatory piece, to walk on or to mark - light will glint off it if freshly scratched. Mostly tin, the pewter is indicative of the wealth of the Cornish geology beneath your feet - the ores which are locked there have been such an important part of the Cornish history and heritage, social and economic.
